Itinerary:

Day 1 – Maumere Arrival → Larantuka (Catholic Heritage & City Tour)

Arrive in Maumere and drive to Larantuka (Flores Timur) with scenic stops for volcano and island views. Explore key religious & cultural sites in Larantuka and enjoy the seaside atmosphere. Overnight in Larantuka.

Optional seasonal highlight (April): Semana Santa / Holy Week procession.

Day 2 – Larantuka → Sikka Weaving → Old Church → Beach Stops → Moni

Drive west toward Moni Village. Along the way, enjoy cultural stops such as:

  • Traditional weaving demonstrations (Sikka motif)
  • Sikka Old Church (Portuguese-era heritage)
  • Beach stops (Paga Beach / Koka Beach sunset)
    Overnight in Moni.

Day 3 – Kelimutu Sunrise → Traditional Villages → Ende → Bajawa (Hot Spring & Viewpoints)

Early morning sunrise trip to Kelimutu Three-Colored Lakes. Continue with cultural & nature highlights:

  • Local market & traditional villages (Wologai / Saga / Wolotopo)
  • Stop in Ende (historical sites)
  • Blue Stone Beach (Penggajawa)
  • Swim at Soa Mengeruda Hot Spring
  • Sunset viewpoint around Bajawa
    Overnight in Bajawa.

Day 4 – Bajawa Culture Day (Bena Village & Inerie Views) → Ruteng

Explore Ngada’s cultural heart:

  • Wogo Village (traditional settlement)
  • Bena Traditional Village (iconic houses & ancestral stones)
  • Short trekking / village walks (optional)
  • Malanage Hot Spring (unique hot–cold river meeting point)
    Continue to Ruteng, with a stop at Rana Mese Lake. Overnight in Ruteng.

Day 5 – Ruteng → Liang Bua Cave → Spider Web Rice Field → Todo Village → Trek to Wae Rebo (Overnight)

Visit:

  • Ruteng Pu’u Traditional Village
  • Liang Bua Cave (Homo floresiensis site)
  • Cancar Spider Web Rice Field (Lingko)
  • Todo Traditional Village (Manggarai kingdom heritage)
    Continue to Denge and trek (3–4 hours) to Wae Rebo Village. Traditional welcome & overnight in Wae Rebo.

Day 6 – Wae Rebo Sunrise → Trek Down → Labuan Bajo → Start Komodo Liveaboard (Kelor, Menjerite, Kalong)

Trek down early morning and drive to Labuan Bajo. Board your shared/charter boat for a 3D2N Komodo sailing trip:

  • Kelor Island (hike & snorkeling)
  • Menjerite Bay (snorkeling)
  • Kalong Island (sunset with flying foxes)
    Overnight on boat near Padar.

Day 7 – Padar Island Sunrise → Pink Beach → Komodo Island Trek → Taka Makassar → Manta Point → Siaba

Main Komodo highlights:

  • Padar Island viewpoint hike
  • Pink Beach snorkeling
  • Komodo Island (Loh Liang) trekking with ranger to see Komodo dragons
  • Taka Makassar sandbank photo stop
  • Manta Point snorkeling (manta rays)

    Overnight on boat.

Day 8 – Sebayur Snorkeling → Kanawa Island → Return Labuan Bajo

Morning snorkeling at Sebayur then final stop at Kanawa Island for beach time and coral snorkeling. Return to Labuan Bajo for airport/hotel drop-off.

Komodo dragons are wild animals living in their natural habitat. While sightings are very common on Komodo Island, they cannot be guaranteed. Visits are always accompanied by official park rangers for safety.

We recommend bringing sunscreen, a hat, comfortable clothing, swimwear, a towel, personal medication, and a camera. Detailed packing information will be shared after booking.

Children are welcome on most tours, but parental supervision is required at all times. Some activities may have age recommendations depending on weather and sea conditions.

Group size depends on the selected package. We offer open trips with limited capacity as well as private tours for a more exclusive experience.

Safety is our top priority. In case of unfavorable weather or sea conditions, the itinerary may be adjusted or rescheduled to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

Price & Payment Policy

Tour Price

  • All tour prices are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), US Dollars (USD), or other currencies based on the current local exchange rate.

  • The tour price provided may change before the tour date in the event of an increase in basic living costs or fuel prices in Indonesia.

  • Prices may vary between high season (June – October) and low season (December – May).

  • Tour package prices do not include personal expenses such as personal shopping, additional food or drinks outside the program.

  • Infants under 4 years old are free of charge.

  • Children aged 4 years and above are charged the same rate as adults.

Payment System

  • A 25% down payment is required to confirm and secure your tour reservation.

  • The remaining 75% balance must be paid no later than 10 days before the trip departure.

  • Bank transaction fees are not included in the tour price and must be covered by the customer.

  • Please send us the proof of payment after completing your down payment.

  • At the moment, credit card payments are not accepted.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation made after down payment and within 30 days prior to departure is non-refundable.

  • Cancellation made after full payment and within 10 days prior to departure is non-refundable.

Force Majeure

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone the trip in the event of force majeure circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Volcanic eruptions

  • War or political instability

  • Large-scale demonstrations

  • Natural disasters

  • Extreme weather conditions

  • Earthquakes

In such cases, we will inform you as early as possible.
If payment has already been made, we may offer:

  • A rescheduled tour date, or

  • An alternative tour schedule, or

  • A refund, depending on the situation and feasibility.

Responsibility

As a tour operator, we are responsible for:

  • Tour packages and itineraries

  • Accommodation (hotels, if included)

  • Meals (as stated in the itinerary)

  • Tour guides

  • Transportation (car, boat, etc.)

  • Tour attractions

  • Safety arrangements during the trip

We are not responsible for:

  • Flight delays or cancellations

  • Personal injuries or accidents
